billing address

The billing address must match the shipping address. We cannot ship to an address different from the billing address due to credit card procedures.

your account

Provide accurate and complete information while using Delax Driving Course Services and update your account information as needed. Delax Driving Course may store and use your information for maintaining and billing your account.

intellectual property

You agree that the Delax Driving Course, including but not limited to Delax Driving Course Products and services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implement Delax Driving Course Services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Delax Driving Course and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright.

You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Delax Driving Course Services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Delax Driving Course Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Delaxe Driving Course. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Delax Driving Course Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Delax Driving Course brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Delax Driving Course and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Delax Driving Course products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the Delax Driving Course brand at any time without notice. In no event will Delax Driving Course be liable for making these changes. Delax Driving Course may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Delax Driving Course services, in any case and without notice or liability.

All copyrights in and to Delax Driving Course (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by Delax Driving Course and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART OF Delax Driving Course, EXCEPT FOR USE OF Delax Driving Course AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.

Delax Driving Course, the Delax Driving Course logo, other Delax Driving Course trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Delax Driving Course are trademarks or registered trademarks of Delax Driving Course. in the U.S. and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Delax Driving Course Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.

refunds and cancellations

You have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchase of the Delax Driving Course and receive a refund. This period starts from the day of the purchase. However, this right is waived as soon as you stream one of the locked videos.

To show you the benefits of the Delax Driving Course, we have unlocked the first three modules/10 videos of the Automatic and Manual Editions of the Delax Driving Course for you to try. So even if you don’t buy the course, you will be prepared for your first few lessons with your own instructor
